Mike, your report is not only impressive but definitely worth the investment of money and time. U were right about the gutter in the front. I watched this morning as water ran down the front of the house exactly as you pointed out... It will be fixed before the weekend is up.

First let me say we are very impressed with your home inspection report. I was well done and precise. You do excellent and fast work, at the same time. I was also glad for the addendum about the fireplace exhaust gasses.
We have good intentions of going over the entire report with the builder. The maintenance sheets attached to the report were well received.
If I hear of anyone looking for a house inspector I will certainly pass your name on to them.
