It has been requested that the Inspection cost be submitted to closing for payment. Affordable Home Inspections understands that buying a new home can put a burden on financial liquidly. For us to accept this method of payment from the closing we will need a credit card on file in the event the closing doesn't proceed. We will bill your credit card in the event that the bill was not submitted to closing from your realtor or yourself. We will bill your card for any reason that the closing did not proceed unless you call for other arrangements. A $25.00 dollar processing fee will be applied to the total cost of the inspection.
